Laura Lozier.......Certified TRX Coach, Certified BARRE Instructor, Certified Schwinn Spin Coach, and Certified Zumba Instructor. Laura enjoys hiking, camping, downhill skiing, hanging out on a beach whenever she gets the chance, and just being active and enjoying the outdoors with her husband and their two young boys. Laura believes that having fun and enjoying your workout inspires you to be dedicated to keeping yourself healthy and happy. Rene Schell... has been doing Barre workouts for years and is excited to choreograph fun classes for her students. She is certified through Pursue Movement, and she has years of dance experience to help guide her classes. She has B.S. in Psychology, an M.S. in Biology and a minor in dance where she focused on performance, choreography, Pilates, and kinesiology. While studying dance, she was the recipient of the North Carolina Dance Alliance scholarship. Rene went on to be an adjunct dance professor at Appalachian State University, perform professionally with X-Factor, and teach dance at Perry-Mansfield Performing Arts Camp in Steamboat Springs, CO and Positively Ballet in Lander. When not working to be strong and healthy she loves traveling and exploring outdoor adventures with her husband and two children.
Michael Kusiek....Is a SPIN Enthusiast! He has coached all around the country for almost 20 years. He brings creative programming, motivating music, and a killer vibe that makes you want to work harder! Michael is also an outdoor enthusiast, who enjoys back country skiing, mountain and road biking, backpacking and just about all other activites that get him into the wilderness. Laura Bagbey ...initially fell in love with BARRE workouts because of the way they compliment running. She firmly believes that the support and positive energy in the room before, during and after BARRE classes coupled with the strength she gained in class helped her to qualify for and run the Boston Marathon. She is certified through BARRE Above and is excited to help athletes of all abilities reach their fitness goals. Laura enjoys all things active including snowboarding, running, swimming, and cycling.
