Kait West

Kait has a Bachelors of Science in Exercise and Sports Science with a minor in nutrition from the University of Utah. Kait has taught group fitness classes for 6+ year. She teaches spin, kick boxing, Pilates, 50/50 and power pump. In addition, she has experience working in physical therapy clinics using exercise for injury prevention and rehabilitation. Passionate about all things outdoors and as a busy mom she recognizes the need to stay fit and strong. Kait enjoys hunting, rock climbing, backcountry skiing, and hiking. When Kait is not outdoors or in the gym training for her next outdoor adventure you can find her in the kitchen experimenting with wild game recipes.

Crystal Hastings


Crystal is a Certified Zumba Instructor and P90X Instructor. Crystal enjoys traveling, dancing, hiking, being outside and music. Crystal is a medical social worker and has lived in Lander since 2015.  She has found that pushing oneself to be stronger physically is not only a good form of self-care but can strengthen the ability to cope with other challenges in life. Crystal enjoys pushing herself to be stronger and helping others to do the same.

Courtney Widhalm


Courtney is a certified OULA instructor with 5 years of aerobic dance experience. She moved from Montana to Lander, WY in 2013 and currently teaches art at Gannett Peak and Baldwin Creek Elementary School. She has two boys and a husband. Courtney is excited to share OULA, an ACE certified cardio dance program set to Today’s Hits music that was created in Missoula, MT. She loves that OULA is a cardio workout that engages your mind, body, and spirit and leaves you feeling energized.

 

Monica Ingram

Monica is a fitness and yoga instructor. She holds a variety of certifications including her 200hr RYT (Registered Yoga Teacher), Buti Yoga, DEEP, HotCore, HIIT, Core de Force, P90X and Liquid Motion. Monica’s goal is to inspire and challenge others through her classes. She loves creating art and exploring the world. Monica travels, teaches and spreads these practices to give women (and men) the tools towards healing and radical self-love.

 

Katie Lyon

Katie was born and raised in Nebraska, where she grew up dancing and playing soccer, both of which have followed her into adulthood. After moving to Lander in 2020, Katie is thankful to have found a welcoming community at LBW and is excited to bring her love of dance and fitness to teaching barre. Katie has a degree in Human Dimensions of Natural Resources from Colorado State University and currently works as a project manager for a youth conservation corps. In her free time, Katie enjoys gardening, reading, and exploring the outdoors with her Aussie dog Alta and partner Chris.

Amy McDonald

A Wyoming native and mother of two Amy has been the proud owner of Lander Bodyworks Studio since March of 2018. With an extensive dance background and passion to match Amy has been teaching others most of her life. Amy’s certifications include Spin, Barre, Anti-gravity, Zumba, P90X, Balletone, and Affa. It is her goal to bring fitness and wellness to her community.
